No need to try and compare yourself to others. It is what it is. It shouldn't make you feel bad about you or your accomplishments. If anything, it should show that really, anything is possible. Be happy for them and start paving your own success story.

Kudos to those kids. I hope to instill some good values and habits in my son as he grows so he can also be successful at a young age.

This is the new generation. I didnt watch all of it (shame, its only 4 min long). This is nothing to be ashamed of, 12 year olds programming, this IS amazing but when I was 12 I was outside climbing trees, stealing apples and turning in bottles for spare change, the world is changing, thanks to progress.
But here is one thing, for every 1 kid who is programming apps and learning something new there are 100s who play video games and do nothing else.
I wish this boy the best, bright kid.
