Thanks, its a 1997 "911" C4S (Porsche designated it as a 993, and its a Carrera all wheel drive).
So you must be where......Whiteville? Lumberton?

Hey Luke! How's the market out that way? Keep threatening to go to the mountains and buy a little winter get away, and never get motivated to do it Winston alone is a 4 hour + drive for us, Asheville is something like 7 hours!

not really, just know of it and where it is. I-73 out of Ohio is supposed to pass thru there someday if it ever gets funded.

Not involved in real estate or business at this point. Just going to school currently and work full-time as well. I am looking to start my own business (don't know what yet though.....open to anything really). So I can't really give you much insight on the real estate market but I would love to get educated more on the topic.
