Hi, my name is Edwin and I've been reading this forum for a couple weeks now.
This is one of the few forums I have found to be very informative and helpful for my journey to wealth. The path I have chosen is to be an real estate investor. Even though I just offically started this year looking for deals, I've been reading and learning for over 6 months now. The method I'm learning to master is "subject to" investing. Its seems like a great strategy to apply with lower risk involved, but we all know there is always some risk when investing in real estate.
About myself, I wasn't born rich, so thats the first reason I'm here. I come from a family with a poor mindset. Thier motto pretty much is: study, go to school, find a job, work long hours, get paid, and hope you have enough left over. Well, I got tired of that around the age of 21. I've tried other things in the past, including MLM, and failed to get anywhere past my paycheck to paycheck. I noticed that the people that did make money in MLM had to work just as hard as I did at my job so they can keep getting paid. So that didn't work out too long. So now here am, on my quest to wealth not only for me, but for my family and friends. I look foward to sharing my ideas and thoughts and in return learning from all you multi-millionaires and soon to be millionaires.:smxB:
