Regardless of the actual subject matter here I'm glad you reflected and changed your mind @Panos Daras, that shows maturity and an open mind - both will serve you very well in your business ventures.

P.S. I don't consume the media of any of these guru types, but a few very solid entrepreneur friends (running 7-9 figure businesses) told me this Hormozi guy is legit and practical. Having checked his stuff out, I agree. The way he is doing it - so far - seems very above board and he is front loading his eventual ask (and open end goal) with HUGE value.

Is the podcast similar to the YouTube channels with life lessons and motivational stuff?

I'm curious whether he ever spends time discussing the day to day grunt work involved in growing these companies (and his own) over several years. The criteria for being helped / acquired insists on finding major league unicorns, so future results being wildly atypical is guaranteed. One of the recent candidates Alex mentioned is currently doing $400K MRR with 90% margins.

That's going to be "1 out of God only knows how many online businesses out there."

I like his stuff, but have been wondering about the gaps between "I started with one gym filled with equipment purchased from an online auction site" to "Hey, we just sold a 2/3 stake to a private equity firm for $50M" eight years later.

Maybe that's the point of the online course(s). No way of knowing whether "Coming Soon" means next month or never.
