Speaking from observation here, there is a similar problem I see with a lot of people who want to start their own business. What happens is that they get this idea, and they start to PLAN. After they plan for weeks/months, they start to plan more, and more and more, but never take any action to put their PLAN into MOTION.
Now I'm not saying that planning is a bad thing, in fact it's a great thing, but what's even more important than planning is just doing. You can't have any result if you do not take your plan and inflate it with massive amounts of action.
It's like having a car sit there but your not putting the key into the ignition and hitting the gas pedal. The car won't move anywheres unless someone is there to direct it.
