It might be an observation bias at play, but I've noticed that Nietzsche is becoming an influential thinker in this community, in no small part to his concepts of the ubermensch. Reading his works are great, but they can be a bit overwhelming for people who are busy. Given that, I thought I'd share 2 articles from the Art of Manliness that provide a good survey.
The first link is good for context, as it provides an overview of his life and his approach to philosophy:

The second link is a good overview of his big ideas:
http://www.artofmanliness.com/2015/07/20/a-primer-on-nietzsches-big-ideas/
Nothing beats reading works, but if you're looking for something to help set the stage, those can be helpful. Enjoy!
