Like to the most helpful or upvoted content or the most detailed execution thread in some specific week. I wonder how much participation would increase and what people would come with up.

FYI: Hotel reservation event codes have been sent to ticket holders who purchased via EventFrame. Should have the other codes out shortly (those who purchased via Viperion.)

The room rates remain $239/night ... please book via the room block code! If you happen to book at another hotel, I do not get credit for the room nite. As I mentioned earlier, I'm on the hook for 100+ rooms. If 99 rooms remain by conference time, I'm stuck paying for 99 rooms at $239.

Whats the deadline for this? Do we need to book soon, or is it just anytime before the actual conference?

Unless you're driving in, I would book your flights and your room from the 6-9th (so 3 nights). Since the event is all day on the 7-8, you'll put yourself at risk of missing some sessions if you fly in or out on the actual days of the Summit.

Call and reach a live operator during AZ business hours (6:30AM - 10:30pm AZ time). They will accept the code, not sure they take it digitally or via the website.

I have yet to receive a discount code for the rooms via email.

Thanks for increasing the number of attendees MJ, I almost missed out.

I just looked it up from Dallas, Texas.

A roundtrip flight is around $250.
A room is let's say $290 a night with taxes. 2 nights = $580.
A ticket = $450.
Budget $50 a day for food and drinks = $150.

So $1,430 all in.

It's not free, but it's also not $3-4k.

Rooms + Summit Tickets are only $927ish, Plane ticket probably $500 at most from texas.
Only ~$1500

Where the heck are you flying in from Tibet? We got ppl coming from the UK and Korea..

Obviously you must fly first class everywhere and get the penthouse suite.

Forgot to mention my GF would be going too. So possibly 2 tickets, 2 plane tickets, along with food and drinks. Shouldn’t it be at least 3 nights since it’s an all day 2 day event?

Check in Friday night > Sat night > Sun night > check out Mon morning?

Also we would want to stay an extra day or so to enjoy the resort.

I should also mention that as attendance increases and the room block fades out (by November I should know if it is an issue -- this is the item that really hamstrings my latitude) my event budget can increase... which means I might be able to hold a private after-hours party for ticket-holders at another venue, I even considered my house as a potential party spot, but that logistically is problematic, not to mention probably an insurance risk among other things. Will shall see!



I could understand if you were from the UK, but you're from TX. A drive from TX to Arizona is hours, dependent on where in TX you are. Obviously El Paso V Houston adds significant hourage but still, not sure how the $4K comes into play.
