Flying in from the frosty and fresh UK. Coach to the airport leaves at midnight, and flight leaves at 9 tomorrow. Any tips on what to pack for Phoenix weather? Will I become a human popsicle without shorts?

I know there are plans for hiking at Camelback and a bike ride but if anyone is not scheduled to go to that and would like to take a trip to Superstition Mountain with me let me know. Right now I’m thinking Sunday would be a great day for the hike.

It would be great. Unfortunately, I live in Spain and I can't afford to go right now. But I sure will be there on the future to help everyone I can and learn from the people that inspired me in this forum.

I noticed that "epic party and basketball tournament at MJ's house" didn't make it onto the itinerary.

@MJ DeMarco so as far as I understand "blue coyote cantina" at the resort is an "official" place to hang out during the summit. Can people who arrive early, hang out there 2 evenings before the summit? Like can we have pre-event "official" place to go at the certain time, like 7-10pm or whatever?

@MJ DeMarco could you please may be update the itinerary to be more clear with times based on last 2 events experience (something like: )
Networking at "blue coyote cantina" at the resort:
if you arrive early, Feb 5,6 from X pm until Y pm
Feb 7,8 from Z pm until T pm
if you leave late, feb 9 from A pm until B pm

It will help greatly to those who need to schedule other things during those dates. Thank you.

I live in San Diego, so I could drive 6 hours to the event, however, I first want to free myself from the salary addiction that I dig myself in all these years. Definitely be there next year.

Well, Superstition is a much larger area with dozens of trails at varying degrees of difficulty/ease. Camelback I believe only has 2 trails. Camelback will likely be way busier/crowded. Camelback is in the city and Superstitions on the outskirts.

If the Camelback hike is Thursday one could hike both.

I'm in for the Superstition hike. What time would you want to go? I'm not going on the bike ride so any time works for me.

I will be heading up to the Grand Canyon sometime in the afternoon though
