Damn it! Called out! I love it - challenge accepted sir.If you've read any of the books, MJ has taught you how to make well over $3,200 in the next 4 months...
Shit, I meant to put in to speak. Still time for that MJ or is it all decided?
It should be CEOcopywriting.comThe website doesn't exist.
Of course there are other benefits of going, especially in the networking arena. There's nothing like face-to-face networking, and going to a live event is obviously going to be more immersive than watching the footage.I respectfully disagree because those that make the sacrifice of time, money and effort to travel across the country are the types I want to be speaking to.
I have been to B&Ps before. I hosted an event for forum members as well. It isn't grab a$$... Most people leave not only energized to deploy some new tools, but also with great friendships. It is worthwhile well beyond the presentations.
Entrepreneurs are not rewarded without sacrifice. The same should be true for an event like this one... Especially since the sacrifice is minimal relative to the known benefits of attending.
Let me talk about my consumer products company... I didn't have one before the first B&P I attended. Within 3 months I had a profitable company because I met @Vigilante. There is NO OTHER REASON I would have started that company.
It wasnt some amazing success story, but it did provide me with a half a million dollars worth of income over the years and it also introduced me to my great friend that would ultimately buy the company. So yes. My ROI on the probably $1500 I spent on the whole trip was a half a million dollars and counting.
One thing leads to another. Be there or have regrets.
Thanks man, I appreciate the compliment ;DI hope you attend. Given your rough start around here, you turned out to be quite a fascinating character who has contributed much to the forum. It didn't start this way, but now I have come to enjoy a lot of your posts, which always includes the links to various sources, studies, etc.
And I think my posts have always bee pretty decent, I just created WW3 like 75 times LOLI hope you attend. Honestly, though - bookkeeping is such a big part of protecting your money, this could be interesting!@CareCPA Let's see you do someone's bookkeeping in real time!
Actually, I don't think I'd want to watch that.
You should have @OperationMyWay speak. He literally acquired half of a multi million dollar franchise with no money down.
Took him over a year to do it but it’s probably the most impressive Fastlane story that I’ve watched on the forum.
Any chance this event will be available to watch somewhere online?
sounds like a limiting beliefWow, looks super cool!
Too bad I cant join this year, expenses need to be controlled for the stage of business that im currently at.
I hope to be able to join these kind of events in the future Have fun guys!
sounds like a limiting belief
what if instead you said 'i'm attending and going to give and get TEN FOLD the cost'?
how can I? vs why can't I .....
Prepare to shed your excuses and step into the Light(house)
Looking forward to it!
I'm already gathering my thoughts for my presentation.
Correct.It should be CEOcopywriting.com
Definitely not this time, not from the east coast of Australia with my current situation. But with the way things are growing with my little biz it's almost certainly possible for 2021. Can't wait. You can make it. I’m coming from South Korea.
okay, at least a dozen timesmmmmmmm that might be a stretch
So, maybe a silly question but we are allowed to take notes, correct?
I have been to some conferences where they forbid note taking and/or phones.
Great plan, @Primeperiwinkle! This is why I don't want breakout sessions - I want to hear it all.Ya, so far this is what my plan is.
Listen to Kak teach me to be a better leader. Listen to ZCP so I can come up with a great idea. Listen to Rearden so I can invent it well, then Bekit so I can market that sucker to the masses. Then I’m gonna share a brownie with you.
As more speakers are coming soon I’m sure this loose plan of mine will need adjusting. So far so good..
We agree. I'm not sure where you find a different angle. There are several women, that I know of, that post quality content on the forum and are well respected members.
I don't get the angle. Alas, do what you need to do.
Thanks for bringing the conversation back on topicI am really looking forward to this one
NEW SPEAKER ANNOUNCED! Mona L. @Bertram, A Senior Research Scholar from Duke University. Topic: Getting Attention. Dropping Distraction. Mona does research on mental states, attention, a new model of consciousness, and cross-cultural ideas about well-being. Her discoveries are useful and kinda wildly unexpected. This work has provided her with the ability to deliver a really purposeful presentation for forum members. Join us for a helpful, accurate talk on time management and distraction and their effects on the domains of work, relationships, and oneself. She will cover the basics without the hackneyed, disempowering myths about technological triggers, addiction, habits, and ADD/ADHD. The focus is to learn the tools to make changes and live your life, not the life that is the sorry outcome of distraction. In addiction to undermining one's career and business, distraction causes friendships to run dry and marriages to become miserable and conflictive. It also results in poor health and a shortened life. She will also touch on research on the six attentional states, and those which one uses in order to think creatively.
I am available to talk about the golf course or winding down into retirement with an eye on opportunities. Many people have already heard my stories but I can certainly put a different twist on it.
No problem. Only offering a backup plan.I just secured a replacement speaker, you were about 17 minutes too late! Really appreciate the offer Steve!!
