20 year old looking to retire by 35

hey guys my name is zubz. Hope everyone is doing well with the coronavirus. So a little background on me, i actually read the millionaire fastlane recently and my mind shifted on how to treat my time. So i currently work a 9-5 and Just started a side hustle of starting a facebook ads agency. I don't know anything about how to run ads so I'm using courses on udemy to teach me so i can sell some packages. Im just looking for some advice as to how to start a successful facebook ads agency. Should i outsource or should i do the ads myself for the first few clients? Also any advice during the covid pandemic and which niches to target?

Dump it and start something needed or wanted.

Try to focus on what is needed. Take some time to discover the need where no one else is solving.
Then give your solution to those who need your solution.
That's my view about building a business on a solid foundation.

Thanks for the replies. I humbly ask you that if running a FB ad agency is not a good idea because everyone does it, does anyone have any ideas what service in digital marketing is underrated?

If you've read the book you should know joining ANY digital marketing group is bad, due to the nature of the "business" itself. As someone else said, that's money chasing. My advice for you (I'm 20, too) is to focus on learning skills instead of, again, chasing money.

I don't agree that you shouldn't do FB ads. I think there are a lot of skills to be developed through running a FB ad agency (even if everyone is doing it). Cold-calling, prospecting, selling, writing copy, etc can all be learned.
Maybe you will do FB ads, maybe you will find something else. The important thing is that you are doing something and gaining experience.
No one here can tell you if you should outsource your work or how to run the business. How do something, realize you're going to fail and keep going until you fail less.
In the process of doing the FB thing, you might find other "side" businesses that fill a bigger need than FB ads.
