This is a dollar.

Anyone can get a dollar, even if that means looking in the street all day for change.

The challenge is to turn this dollar into $10 in ten days.

Can I get a 900% ROI? What is the next step if successful?

This is an EXECUTION thread.

Stay tuned.

PLANNING AND MINDSET: $1 doesn't have a lot of power on it's own. What kind of value can I provide with the resources available with a dollar? Valentine's Day is coming up, which will create needs for those who want to celebrate with a loved one, and the pain of filling that need will increase as the date approaches. I sense an opportunity. Whatever I decide to do will have to provide value outside of a material sense. If I exchange this dollar for a material item, the item must provide a value outside of just the material cost. I must fill an emotional need. I have a few ideas, but first must see the buying power this dollar has.

Do I get one item to upsell at $10? Do I use the dollar to make several items to sell at a lower price but higher volume? What specific emotional need can I fill with the resources available? This requires some outside the box thinking.

RULES: I may not use additional money or resources from myself or anyone else, unless that money and/or resources is exchanged for my time and not valued more than $1 (ex: taking time to find loose change in the street, picking up trash for someone in exchange for a piece of ribbon, etc) or is publicly available to anyone. I have until 11:59 PM EST on 2/19/2016 to make $10 off of this dollar, and only money that comes from selling an item or service (using materials acquired by the dollar) to a buyer will count toward the $10 goal. Let's get it.
