10 min indoor circuits for kids (and parents?)

I was asked to come up with something for one of our son’s U11 teams.

We just did the circuit again today and my 49 year old body will know about it tomorrow morning. I've a Covid half a stone to drop. This circuit was easy to do without a lot of room indoors - which is handy in Ireland at this time of year! The trick is keeping 10/11 year olds interested long enough to do circuits indoors. Our 8 year old wants to join in tomorrow, so that's a good sign.

Each one of our kids has done it today (minus the warmup).

We have a new rule: when they want to go on the Xbox they have to do a circuit (minus the warmup part).

The other rule they love is that I have to do a circuit whenever one of them does a circuit. I’ve done it three times today already (they did theirs at separate times)! The wee monkeys think that’s funny.
