What would you do if you had an online marketing / SEO budget of $100 / $1,000 / or even $5,000?

I would really appreciate your input to see what others think.

My background is I do our own local SEO for our small business. Now that's how we get most of our customers.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to what y'all think

I would send most of it on content development. Hired good writers to write related articles on the site. Some of the articles could also be used as guest post on related blogs. I have had good experience with Jessica on fiverr. 5$ per article or 13 for 50$..

Deffinately some well placed well written articles and a few high quality backlinks placed on content related sites.

IMO best off stretching the marketing effort over a few months and introducing the new links slowly. I have had a site punished before because of over optimisation and too many poor links.

I think it depends totally on what the product you are selling.

Or the service you offer.

The offer would be a service business in my local area / Local SEO.

Content seems to be the trend right now, I'll definitely be digging into that.

Good content on your website will get you good traffic over time but it really depends on your product or service. Some products require an additional step to sell to consumers or your SEO traffic won't convert.

This is from personal experience!
