    HOT! 
    This may be a good motivator but it's is not a sustainble reason. You can learn many skills to earn money, but I think more look for the things that interest you and make C.E.N.T.S motivate you. My advice is don't just do any skill just because you want to impress your family.

    I would say the mindet. Finally deciding that this is what you are committed to. Then creating a good amount of belief that you can do this and at the same time enough humility that you don't know everything, you're willing to learn and keep pivoting to market needs, not just your own.
