    30% of mortgages are underwater

    REAL ESTATE
Property values are in the toilet indefinitely. Lots of desperate sellers (including the lenders) are creating massive opportunity for those able to take advantage of it.

So I took pity on this guy and tried to help him.

    PEOPLE HOT!
I can't begin to tell you how many people I have tried to help. Our company has even done a couple of fundraisers for people who needed immediate assistance. I can't think of more than one or two who used the help to get them any further along. They took care of their immediate need, but...

That is my concern exactly. At best, even if you managed to keep the pagerank, the ranking in the search engines for specific keywords is going to tank, and the organic traffic with it. At least for a few months, if not for a year or more. In my opinion you're playing with fire. If the owner...

Changing the platform is a pretty radical makeover. With numbers like this: I don't know that I'd be trying to fix what isn't broken.

Also, work on moving those newsletter subscribers to your own list. That way after you let the lease go, you still have access to those subscribers. If you don't want to invest a lot of time in the project, do things that run on autopilot and outsource where you can.

Assuming the site owner sends offers to that list, I would ask him what types of offers convert best. Then go find offers to send. That is going to be the easiest money in your pocket, and a method of monetization you can implement immediately.

There are any number of ways you could monetize that site. Do you get access to the mailing list? That's the first thing I would jump on. PR7 is some way powerful link juice, especially if you're leaving everything on the owner's server. The one way inbound links to your own sites from a...

Movies like Zeitgeist and The Secret?

    HOT!
I don't completely agree with that, but I get where you're coming from. We're bred, born, and raised to be slowlane. It really takes a personal epiphany to break away from that mindset. Depending on what you take away from Zeitgeist: Moving Forward, that film could be the catalyst to a...

That's weird. I couldn't find any navigation links to it anywhere. Thanks for pointing it out, otherwise I probably never would have found it.

Movies like Zeitgeist and The Secret?

    HOT!
After some further research, I have found there are several Zeitgeist films, and what I viewed was Zeitgeist: Moving Forward. Apparently the first one contains some 9/11 conspiracy theory ideas that were not in the film I viewed. Sparlin has shared a very accurate assessment of the film in...

Movies like Zeitgeist and The Secret?

    HOT!
Think and Grow Rich is some dense reading for sure. As I remember, it took me quite awhile to get through it. The law of attraction was popularized during the Christian new thought movement in the early 1900s. Rhonda Byrne, the creator of The Secret, based much of her original material on...

Ryan, I'm not going to question the motivation behind your request. I've enjoyed your contributions in the short time I've been here. I do ask that you reconsider. I value your participation here. Seriously.

Movies like Zeitgeist and The Secret?

    HOT!
It's been quite awhile since I watched The Secret. I found it very heavy on fluff and very light on substance. My first exposure to "The Law of Attraction" was in Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich. I can't even remember if that's what he called it, but hindsight being 20/20 it's exactly...

    HOT!
I'm not defending the film or anyone involved in its production (and I don't recall David Icke being associated with it, though I may have missed it). I'm merely pointing out that you discredit yourself in your efforts to discredit the film by saying it said something that it didn't.

Well, I just watched Zeitgeist and according to the film it has nothing to do with genetics and everything to do with environmental factors that are/were outside of your control.
