    IDEA 
    I could see it with LED displays on top of cars on business vehicles. Not private, in a way you dont even really want private vehicles because they dont do as much driving around the city as business vehicles. Now getting someone to advertise you on his vehicle istead of his own business....

    To verify my product the plan is to start it myself. If I see that all I have figured out in my head is working somewhat as planned I'll get someone else to do the ads and increase the ad spend.

    Shameless plug but consider Slovenia. Its basically in the center of Europe, people can speak English quite good. Prices on the level of Berlin I'd say. Some mountains really close to the capital as well as the sea. Anything you want is max 1h-1.30h drive from the capital.
