Star Wars, Force Awakens (Thought it Sucked, Spoilers Quarantined)

    OFF-TOPIC
I agree, the movie was terrible on plot/storyline. All the CGI was awsome, but the plot was lazy and rehashed from other pre-quels. I told my friend the same thing, who is a major fanboy, and he disagree's, but did mention Disney' 'disneyfied it'. I have read the SW universe (through wiki)...

Of course! But this was years ago Lol. I was hoping to add to the fact why Customer Service is so important, not dwell on the micro situation of what happened when, some long time ago.

Power Backup for a new call center

Something like this you should call the company for. You wouldnt want to get advice and be wrong... that would cost money. Call them, and ask their technical reps or sales reps what you intend to do and what you would like. They will help you choose the best product for this job. Hope this helps.

I guess so. Ego didnt get in the way, expectations were set, they didnt meet it, and I left. If you'd rather enjoy yourself than helping out your customers. I guess that's your priority. I see what you're saying. This did happen several years ago though. Maybe I should just grow up and not...

When the people who are supposed to provide customer service to you are telling jokes and ignoring everything going on around them, that tells me, the customer, they don't care. And neither should I. So I left. Theres a time and place for everything.

I've had similar experiences. Case and point, I went to Best Buy to buy a large TV with cash in hand. I had my heart set on a brand of TV with good specs. Walked in, expecting to get hounded by sales reps, like usual, but instead? All the sales reps or floor reps were busy chatting it up with...

Would love some feedback on a site I just launched

Website is very sleek and responsive. Agree on the prices. Canvas's would make sense, but not paper posters IMHO. Those posters are pretty awsome though!

Secrets from the not-so secret Pitch Club

    MINDSET
Pitch decks are nothing more then powerpoint presentations. It is your 'pitch' a little more drawn out. Accelerators, Incubators and VC's typically ask for them.

Secrets from the not-so secret Pitch Club

    MINDSET
Awsome post! I was having a hard time figuring out my own pitch. I wrote down what I wanted to say, what the service was, who our intended target is, how we can solve the problem. It was atleast a paragraph of 6 sentences. I had to cut it down to two sentences, while still answering questions...
