    Paying offshore freelancers

    I have 5 freelancers working for me 50+ hrs a week. They all accept PayPal. If located in India it can take several weeks for their account to become verified and/or they need 20 transaction. I just paid their first check divided in 20 amounts, but I think they still have to wait 60 days...

    Had a job interview right after college at Farmers & Merchants Bank. They never called me back so I continued down this path. At first I was upset, now working for myself, I cant thank them enough for never calling. They will wish they handled your issue differently in a few months.

    This might not help you right now but whenever I hire a new sub contractor I always start them out doing something relatively basic and see how they do before I send them out to interact directly with my customers. I of course then give them more and more responsibility.
