    My opinion is that you are overthinking this. Find a need, supply it, scale it. Don't focus on finding a product. Focus on finding a solution or a need that you can supply.

    Just find a niche and good buying keywords, find some amazon products or products from other affiliate programs and then set up a site. Not having a product shouldn't be holding you back. And if you don't like affiliate marketing then you could try dropshipping.
