    This ^ Otherwise: Find your own therapy that works for you. As for me deep breaths, workout/play sports, feel good music, and driving around near the beach or other beautiful places (preferably somewhere open and without traffic). Stress is in the eye of the beholder.

    I believe you have more control in the AM than the PM. A lot of distractions take place in the PM. (When everyone is awake, pretty much). Like try going to the gym during the day... you might decide not to workout.
