    I believe JasonR does CPC only and bids over whatever is recommended. I'm working my way through Traffic Blackbook 2.0 (I think Zen has some guys take that course) and he recommends writing 15-20 Ads for each then choosing the best 4-8 and begin testing those. Hope that helps.
