    Reddit seems useless. Every subreddit is controlled by little mobs of gatekeepers. Ask anything they don't approve of, and your question gets disappeared by downvotes. I think Digg had that problem. Reddit doesn't seem to be suffering, so I guess they are happy with things the way they are.
