Young fastlaners: SHUT DOWN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA

    GOLD! HEALTH
From first and second-hand experience, I can confirm that social media and videogame addictions are the largest contributor to the youngest generation's high levels of depression, anxiety, etc. and the low levels of testosterone and motivation. Videogames especially give such an extreme amount...

When someone says, "I've read 30,000 books" they are lying.

    ASK THE AI
Books can give answers to questions you haven't thought of; expanding your knowledge into worlds you would've never thought of. "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

    GOLD! HEALTH
I 100% agree, I always used to try to moderate social media use, but by a couple of days I'd be back to my usual amount. Also, web browser add-ons like 'Cold Turkey' that block certain sites don't work at all because the only barrier is clicking twice to delete it.

    HOT! CHAT
Earlier this morning, I was on the train to school and realised how much of our society is addicted to social media. While statistics are nice and all, seeing 99% of people on the train have headphones in or on their phone scrolling mindlessly really puts into account how far ahead you are. I've...

Hello, I am a 14 year old student in the UK, not sure of the road ahead, but excited to begin the drive. Backstory For most of my life, I have been the chubby but athletic kid. My prominent fat gain started at around 7 years old when I got my first piece of tech, my laptop. I spent all day on...
