    Consequential Loss Insurance

    Just wondering if anyone know what the rates are for consequential loss insurance? (Consequential loss insurance is where an insurance company pays the remainder of a lease if the tenant defaults). Lease is 4x3x3 @ $150K pr/yr with CPI increases...
