Yes we have a plan for a limited free tier (to collect more data to prime AI algorithms), premium tier for individual users, and enterprise tier for Unis and Labs. This is all still theoretical, no idea if they'll pay. I hope to be live with new version in 3 months so ill post the results here...
You've hit the nail on the head - the real revenue stream we see is providing a service to pharma companies running drug trials (drug treatments usually affect the blood picture). We actually only thought of this last week. You're right, there is enormous money in the area.
