Thats great idea and exactly what I do every morning directly after waking up, cold water at the morning makes your soul ready for the day, its also very nice because for first seconds water is very cold but after a while you get used to it and it began normal temperature for you.
I had before same problem, then i started to do something with it, i went to gym training about 3 times in week and i decided to start my every day by cold shower, it’s something that is boosting my energy and motivation during my day.
