NOTABLE! Audiobooks - Reclaiming your time

I think it goes deeper than that. And yes, it is possible to be mindful with everything you do, although if you need to train and training is better one step at a time :) Mindfulness is not the final goal, the final goal is to "meet yourself", which mindfulness is only a door to :) But then...

NOTABLE! Audiobooks - Reclaiming your time

Well excuse would be not to read probably :) Whichever method you use is based on personal preference, isn't it? :) Shit... We will gonna go down the rabbit hole with this one :D Probably not the topic of the thread. I called ZEN mindset sine ZEN is well-known term :) I am not 100% sure...

NOTABLE! Audiobooks - Reclaiming your time

I hear a lot of people love audio-books and I can't quite start to love it. I think this is why: 1. Different people comprehend information differently (so I heard). So it suites to someone who gets info better by listening. 2. The way most people use audiobooks violates 100% involvement...

The 5am Club - Worth it?

In the long run I found that having a bit of regime is better. I try to finish all brain-intensive tasks before 10pm. Do some light excersises ala yoga, meditate, take a cold shower. So I could lay in bed before at arround 11. I am guilty as everyone for working late, especially with difference...

Unique E-Commerce Service - What do you think?

There are few ways to market that. All the traditional, run traffic, make calls etc. I think you will get a lot of these from other guys, so I will not go in too many details about this. One of the more interesting ways and I saw it work in practice, although in a lot smaller local market in...

The 5am Club - Worth it?

Hey, I once woke up, started my work day in the morning, worked till 7pm, went to my side hustle in the night club (was helping a friend and working as a bouncer at that time for his club), got back at 3am, get on the call with a client on 4am (I was in Europe and my client was in US), chatted...

How the media actually works? Good example

Definitely. This is entertainment TV, but they still have BBC logo on it. Maybe most people do not think as deep as this, but in my mind - if you can steal 10$ you will steal 1000$, if you can lie in entertainment TV - you might as well do this in news :)

How the media actually works? Good example

Just stumbled on this video today and want to share it with you guys. This might be some entertainment program, but still, it is on BBC and this is a good example of mechanics how they shift viewers attention in order to give you a perspective they want. I will add the video at the end of this...

You should look for first UFC tournaments. The little guy with only Jiujitsu skills and a Gi called Royce Gracie was fighting boxers, kickboxers, karate guys, kung fu guys various weights with almost 0 rules. He was first UFC champion :) When we talk about modern MMA, then yes, everyone now...

GOLD! Achieve Laser FOCUS + PRODUCTIVITY With The System Legendary Fastlaners Use...

Hey, hope @LightHouse does not mind this. I found this very similar (or maybe even inspired) by David Allens "Getting Things Done" productivity bible. So maybe someone wants to go deeper into this, might be an interesting read. When I started implementing GTD/GSD in the first few days I had...

O/T: HEALTH Any BJJ folks on here?

Might be, but I never came across Grappling or BJJ competition where they allow cups. Official IBJJF rules do not allow them. I am not 100% sure but I think Olympic freestyle wrestling and Judo rules state the same.

A Highly Recommended A/B and Multivariate Web Page Testing Tool

Hey! I found that a lot of people still neglect A/B split test a lot. They start tweaking and changing things themselves instead of running scientific test. So I like this topic because it has to be adressed to anyone doing online business. This is one of the most important steps. As for...

Well if it's a striking game, you have to be a real knucklehead not to wear cup or mouth peace :D :D But in the grappling game, it really changes dynamic of the game, you can even strike with the cup to the back when you try to strengthen out guys for the choke, etc. :D

What fascinates me in all martial arts, whatever it would be grappling or stand up, but maybe in grappling you can feel dominance a bit more than in striking (although I have boxed with some top-level boxing guys and dominance level was immense and I am not talking only about overpunching, but...
