If it works for you it works for you. I have no problems with that. I DO, however, have a problem with dogma and how it's messed up the industry.
Look at Japanese people. They pound the absolute shit...
Some people are very carb sensitive, some are not. Some will respond great to Paleo, some will not.
Here's one of my clients WHO STILL CONSUMED PLENTY'O CARBS while dropping body fat.
He ate tons of rice. And beans. And some brews. And bread (the horror).
