Made my way up to $1100 now, everything's going pretty good. Found a job I can start working once I've finished house sitting and get back to my apartment.
Also started looking into products in a certain niche and determined some pain points from reading product reviews...
Honestly that's a great idea. My main problem is that at the end of the month I won't have access to a car anymore and I'll be moving back to a smaller town. Will see if I can get that done on a smaller scale when I get there.
Read TMF and Unscripted if you haven't already. Then check out the Gold Threads.
And heres a video that really helped with my mindset.
My thinking was more that there'd just be a few general rules of conduct like the expectation that the room is left generally clean. And then you can have a rating system where the rentors could leave feedback on the rentees for example
(Positive Review) Great rentee, was hastle free and left...
Maybe you could have a few general guidelines listed like having the customer clean the apartment before they leave, and to ensure that they do you could have a review system for both customers and apartments.

So I figure theres no better motivation to start hustling than this! I happen to be house sitting for my...
For me work and fitness are top of the list. I make sure to workout and get my work done everyday, I also do my best to eat healthy.
After I get my work and fitness stuff done for the day I give myself a bit of time for fun.
But you have to have your priorities in order. Going out with friends...
Great points, pretty much what I was trying to say earlier in the thread.
