Per your inquiry, we already have something like that, except it is free. The speedway limits users on 2 levels, those with 35mph rep and those with 70mph. Any postings in there are not public and viewable only to a select few. Those who paid the price of contribution can view ... hope this clarifies. Cheers, MJ
