Hello,

Valérian, recently 17.

I have big ambitions and I know that nothing happens by chance, you have to get to work and accept the delayed gratification.

During the last few months, I tried to set up habits, and I failed because I think I was not committed enough to them.

I am thinking of putting myself a little pressure by doing a daily execution post here.

I previously tried to have my habits radically changed. But that's not the solution. I understood that we had to do it little by little, stone by stone.

So, during the last 3 weeks, I then put in place 3 habits: Making my bed in the morning and drinking water, reading for 1 hour and playing sports / taking a walk outside.
I missed the habit of reading 1 hour a day, so I will go down to 30 minutes.

When I read, I read for 1 hour but some days I am not concentrating.
I am adding meditation in the morning from today, at my ease so no time limit.
I will add habits little by little, when I am comfortable with others.

So I'm going to follow up on how I'm feeling, what I'm putting on and why

And you, what are your habits?

Hi Valérian,

I challenge you to think bigger. I don't think the forum needs a record of you making your bed and drinking your water.

Imagine where you want to be in 3-5 years and work backwards.

Good luck on your journey.
