Hey guys!

I just picked up the book. I'm actually more than 50% through it as I'm typing this. I've been a Slowlaner for most of my life. In the last 3-5 years, I made a conscious decision to move into the Fastlane (I didn't know of the book at it the time).

My hand was forced. I lost my job. Instead of moping around, I decided to build my dreams and it wasn't easy. I lost money, friends, time - you name it. But I kept going, somehow and found my way into CPA advertising. It was selling dating leads on Facebook.

At first I was making some good money but FB banned the ads. I needed another income so I jumped into selling shirts off Teespring.com. Again, I made some good money but I was losing interest. It's was becoming harder to sell with more competition off FB ads.

I knew I wanted to pursue ecommerce, so I headed over to Shopify and started by selling physical products. That was June 2015 and since then I've made over $450,000 in revenue and I'm on track to hit $800,000-$1m by June 2016. I've built two more stores and I'm selling on Amazon now too.

I'm not here to brag. I'm here to learn and chat to people with the Fastlane mindset. There is no secret to success. It takes patience, hardwork and dedication. You must believe that it can happen for you. That was my tipping point - I told myself, convinced my brain that I deserved success.

Focus on the real shit and keep moving forward.

All the best.

Sanj Modha.

PS - Chess piece = Slowlane. Chess player = Fastlane.
