I'm not sure how adding "(idea? oppurtunity?)" made the title any different. This is the 'Idea' forum....

Also, I'm not sure why it's a bad title because it gets to the point and is concise. I had no intention of making it clickbait, just relevant. Dogs fart, it's nothing special or weird.

We feed him Dr. Tim's "premium all natural" dog food. Certainly not a low quality brand. Maybe it's possible that this recipe is not ideal for him, or perhaps he has some other issue.

I see his point to some extent but the way he constructed the post just feels like a troll.

He was on the ignore list from a previous “stroke of genius.”

Now you got me curious. I've been laying pretty low here, not posting that much because I rather observe. I'm a little taken aback that someone thinks I posted garbage.

Someone come up with a way to deal with my dog farting. He sleeps 3 feet away and the farts stink up my room when we don't have the air system running.
He's on probiotic pills but that only helps a little. We tried slow eating bowls and walk him every evening.

Invent something that will silently wisk away his farts, please.

I thought of an air purifier maybe?

Run a low speed vacuum tube from his rear and plumb it outside?
hehe, something possibly with charcoal pills lol peuuu

I'm not sure how adding "(idea? oppurtunity?)" made the title any different.

Because it's clear you are evaluating a problem to be solved, not just randomly talking about stinky dog farts. We do have an off-topic forum, so some might think it is just a random banter thread.

Try a different food. There's an ingredient in there that gives him gas. So try a different bag, if he still farts, compare the two bags and see what's common. Get another bag without those common things in there. For some reason, dogs always like to sleep with their a$$ facing your head.

What was the original title?

"Dealing with farting dog"

He corrected my grammer and added the idea/opportunity part. I wrote it right before I went to sleep, under the influence of stinky flatulence.

I understand now that if you see the original title in the new post list without viewing it from the forum that you may think it's off topic.

gotta admit it’s one of my favorite features as well lol

I have a bunch of people on the list but then sometimes conversations don’t make sense.

And no one's mentioned the 5-book series by William Kotzwinkle about Walter The Farting Dog. Apparently the 1st book sold 1.4MM copies. The inspiration was a dog who was fed doughnuts & beer:
