Me? I've quit gaming. It's scary to think about the hours I've lost to pressing buttons and staring at a monitor but it's also reassuring to know that I won't be wasting any more hours that way.
In 15 years are you going to say, "I'm on about day 5,530 for no porn," or are you just going to say "I've quit porn"? There's a big psychological difference there. Everytime I counted days, I always returned to my old addiction.
