Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC (Triangle) Meetup

Any one here in North Carolina want to meet up sometime this month/next month? I just moved back to the east coast and would like to bring fellow forum members in the area together for an afternoon.

Looking for something a bit more casual/social.

I’m in eastern North Carolina around New Bern. If there is a meet-up in the area, I’d be willing to attend.

Raleigh is about a two hour drive each way for me, but I can combine the meet-up with a Costco trip and listening to audiobooks on the road to make better use of the time.

@Ungodly and I were tossing around doing some kind of east coast meetup locally. May or may not happen right this second.

But if there are some local guys that would like to get together, we could all hang out and grab some food.

Sup man. Did you ever get the Raleigh meet up off the ground? The synergy would be well appreciated and I am right in Winston Salem. I had an office right in Durham before I sold my company last April and have some really good friends in Raleigh and we get together at Cheesecake factory Crabtree sometimes. I have been looking for a good meetup or thinking about starting one myself. Let me know.

We might could get @Arun Siva to come up for a meetup too on one weekend, he's in SC and so is @DreamPursuit.

Nothing got off the ground yet, but we could work on putting something together.

If we need to accommodate the SC bosses we could easily meet in Charlotte sometimes if necessary. I am going to PM you my email address. I am willing to do what I can to help organize it.

I'm going to go ahead and say July 7th around Noon. I'll think of a place that we can all meet up without melting in the sun.

So far it'll be three of us.

Would for sure like to meet up, the 7th will not work for me though as I am hosting my parents 60th birthday party so it is a big deal that I can't ditch.
