I saw a cool education system. I'm sharing it to benefit others.

In this model, you don't pay the school unless you land a job. The main disadvantage is that it is hard to get accepted into the school. Nonetheless, for people who want an education without going to a traditional college, this could be a winner.

I've read before that more ancient societies used to utilize a similar approach: a teacher would not get paid until after he was done teaching, and only then, if the student thought that he had benefited from the teachings.

This is kinda how it works in Aus. You don't have to pay back your uni debt until you're earning over 50k per year. And it's only like 3% of your salary or something. But I can see how this would be appealing for the US
