I've been in business for 7 months now. Things are going better than I would've ever imagined

As things started heating up, a few people/companies (4 to be exact) asked if they could invest in my company.

I must say that I have never been open to the idea of accepting outside investment, because:
- I really don't need it to keep progressing
- I don't like the idea of sharing my proceeds with others (lol)
- I feel like it gives outsiders the chance to eventually take over

But earlier this week, the head of a supplement company offered me an unprecedented amount of money to "get in on this". I only say its an unprecedented amount b/c its the highest offer that I have received.
Its not enough to move me, b/c of the reasons that I listed above

But, all of this has me thinking about the future. What if I get an offer that I can't refuse?
As it stands, I wouldn't even know what to do.

For those who deal with investors/shareholders:
- How often do you have to pay them?
- Do they have any say in your daily operations?
- Did you take a cut of the investment money?
- Did you have the make any changes to your business structure? (LLC, S-Corp, etc)
