How to disable forum alerts!

Go to https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/account/preferences and uncheck "Show new alerts as pop-ups" under options.

I like the pop-ups, when they happen in real-time, one at a time.

It's super annoying when they all display at once upon log-in though.

Looks like it has to be one or the other. All or none.

Another way to eliminate notification pop ups would be to write posts that nobody will like!

I love the alerts, but for me that top red icon is plenty.

Presumably unwatching individual threads after commenting could also work on a more ad hoc basis if you wanted to still get pop ups for a subset you were interested in keeping track of.
