27 male, Los Angeles California, working aerospace technician, making good money, hate the "scripted" life- trying to change that. I'm looking to learn as much as I can here. I'm currently half way through "UNSCRIPTED ", I've learned a ton so far, my eyes feel open now. I've always had the entrepreneurial mindset since I was young but haven't made a big move yet. Thank you for welcoming me. To answer your question about aerospace opportunity, definitely. The problem I'm having is just finding it. I talk to just about every one of my co workers all the way up to upper management. These people have extensive education, even multiple degrees, ranging from engineers to people with M.B.A.'s and even one with a doctorial degree. I casually ask them if theirs any process, procedures or products that would benefit the company that we don't already have and they all respond with a sigh and a idk. I even looked into our companies suppliers to find opportunities. The roadblock about that is all suppliers need to be preapproved\verified through a Boeing certified list, that in itself is a marathon. Well I haven't let up my eyes and ears are always open.
Read about three chapters today of UNSCRIPTED , I'm learning a lot. I look forward to it every day.
