Communications Apps To Use While Traveling

Guys, what communication apps are you using while traveling?

We are small travel company in USA, and often have customers calling us from their UK, Australian, etc numbers. The voice quality is often not perfect and i am sure it's not convenient for them to dial USA numbers.

Would like to offer them alternative way to reach us.

(often they want to hear us, so email does not always work)

I am thinking skype and/or viber, anything else i can do to make it more convinient for travelers?

Check out Ring Central. Also Skype for business works quite well. My company uses Ring Central and it's awesome.

I use WhatsApp for all voice calls while I'm over here in Europe.
