As I understand it everyone needs to have the same number of picks so in such a situation you'd trade your 1st round pick and say 15th round for his 1st round and 6th round.

What we've done in the past as you just end up with a pic at the end of the draft after everybody else has made all of their selections

May sound oddly random but I want to trade out of Pick 41 plus a late round pick for two picks in the 65-100 range.

I'm using this http://www.footballguys.com/pickvalue.htm to assess any values so let me know if anyone is interested with an offer the calculator says is reasonable. Now I'm old I delegate such things to the calculator.

Roughest guide I can come up with for your spot is something like

I trade 41, 128, 156 for
Your 68, 96, 101

= 2% value gain for you according to calculator. Trying to work out 2 vs 2 trades didn't quite work as the drop from 41 to 68 was too big in value for a single later round pick gain to compensate.

Nice offer but I'm actually trying to do something else-

I have two picks in the early 40s with not much I like there. So I'm trying to turn the 41 and any late round pick in the 170+ range into two picks anywhere from 65-100. I have a preference for depth with this draft up until about pick 130 so the extra top 100 pick I'd gain is worth the drop back from 41 where I'm likely to be either drafting someone I don't want or reaching for someone I could probably get at 70. Maybe someone else loves the guys likely to go around 40 so they'd be my ideal trade partner.

I run another league of 14 teams where we had pick trading for the first time this season and some are going all in on trading up for three top 15 picks while others just stack up 3rd/4th/5th/6th round picks in trades. I'm more in that second group so far.

Andrew Luck-went 1st overall in our draft last year! Had some slight injury issues but performed really well for 13 of the 14 league members who could happily sit there thinking "well at least I didn't take Andrew Luck first overall". That means 92.8% of the league were delighted with how he played last year.

Greg Olsen-Basically a slower, slightly worse version of Gronk but he's at least far more durable. Though to be fair I also own a teddy bear who is more durable than Gronk. Talks more sense too.

DeMarco Murray-aside from leading the league in rushing in 2014, he's got a really Fastlane friendly name.

Frank Gore-sure he and Vig went to school together but if the NFL respects equal rights for aged gentlemen they'll soon bring in a rule change to let Frank ride his mobility scooter around the field instead of running. No more injury issues as the tires on those things are far easier to replace than an ACL.
