Hello FL , been a long time BIG QUESTION what are some exercises you do at 5 A.M? I am partial to my morning mantras and walking 4 miles lack motivation to do a daily 5 min or 7 min workout.Any tips on how to pump myself up?

May sound lame, but in Basic training when I was younger I learned that If I drink about 3 cups of water just before I go to sleep I always wake up about 7 hours later having to pis like a race horse. That always gets me going. Of course some of the guys were different. some only needed half that, some needed more. but once you find the amount of water you need to wake you up at the right time its a wrap. "This is how we all managed to get so wore out we couldn't think straight during the day and still manage to be awake and moving before the Drill Sergeants came screaming in."

Haha well, since you mentioned 5 a.m. and working out, I would have to highly recommend a book from Victor Pride at Boldanddetermined.com called 30 Days of Discipline.

I've run through this one multiple times and gotten amazing discipline, clarity and focus. He's got a whole regiment of waking up at 5 every day and doing specific bodyweight exercises that get you ready for the day

Wait a few years, spend 20 of them behind a desk in a cubicle, get a bit more gray, and start having back issues. That will motivate you to exercise every morning to stave off back pain!!!

It's worked for me! I've been doing 10 minutes of exercise/stretches almost every morning for 3 years now.
