Hey, just saw this interview with Bill Burr. It has some great thoughts and lessons that can be really useful when starting a business and developing the right mindset. For example, how he pushed himself to do things that made him uncomfortable (talking on stage) early in his career to learning how to use failure and challenges to his advantage. He mentions one example where if only 8 people were in the crowd he wanted to make it so good that those 8 people wanted to bring another 8 people next time.

He also talks a bit about the commandment of control because he wants to be able to say anything he wants without having to worry about being cancelled or apologizing to someone who has been "hurt or offended" by his jokes.

Anyway, watch the interview if you want! It's really good!
