    I saw that from anotehr forum and I am not sure how she was able to clear the toll booth because it is unscathed from the pics I saw. I hope there's another pics showing the from of the toll booth a few meters away. She's lucky she only got bruises...maybe she had her guardian angel beside her...

    Another computer question

    I think you can booth on safe mode and then create another USER from there with admin rights. After that reboot the normal way and log in with the new user you just created. Then you can change the password of any user including your own. I think that's what I did 4 years ago.
