Maybe use the Weighted Average Decision Matrix detailed in TMF? I'm in a similar position right now (also turning 24 soon!) and decided to ask my boss to go part-time. Now I can make enough to survive (barely) keep learning, and have two extra free days/week. This may not be a viable option...- ZackLogan
