    You can either deliver to their house, meet somewhere, or have them come pick it up. Some people don't like going to stranger's houses to buy stuff (or sell stuff) so meeting somewhere that is close to both of you is probably the best way.

    You could also put them on craigslist. If I had a broken controller I would definitely want to get it fixed asap, so meeting someone same day through craigslist would be better than waiting for it to be shipped.

    I've used my credit card for a decent amount of orders and never had a problem. Aliexpress has an escrow service that has some protection and if you manage to get screwed over you can just contact your credit card company and get them to reverse the charges.
