    Has everyone noticed immediate benefit or did it take awhile for you to feel a change? Whether it's vitamin D, Fish oil, Sun Lamps, Going outside in the sun in the winter etc.?

    Probably affecting your circadian rhythm which is one possible cause for SAD. Glad that this helped you. Also remember that in the winter you cannot get any or very little vitamin D from the sun. So it seems like the like light hitting your eyes is giving you the benefit.
