I have been a long time paleo and more recently been trying to go vegan paleo most days of the week and mix in fish grass fed eggs/chicken/beef 2 or 3 days but havent got over the hump to full vegan. I work out 5+ days a week and have very low bodyfat as well. Would love to see...
