    Separate your work area and fun area if possible. I have an office with a door I can close. My big TV and Xbox are two levels down. No games on my desktop. No issues. Been playing since 1987. But never let it control me.

    I've read Unscripted. And have it in physical, Kindle and Audible format. Reading it for the second time after listening. I personally do best with repetition. It along with MFL is one of my go to books. My wife is even into it.

    The trouble is, some MLMs are legit (amway has been around FOREVER and from being on the inside the products are in fact good. I just didn't like the "make a list of everyone you know" bit), but it's the scam ones that get the press.

    If you're life is in danger and you can't get away, it doesn't matter if the aggressor is male or female. You have the right to defend yourself period. Otherwise, why not ban Martial Arts? But that doesn't look the case here.
