    So far my seriousness with my mindset and goal change has helped (though painfully) dramatically since the SUMMIT 2020. I half-a$$ went all in before. Now, I'm keeping true to my word. No Bullshit. No excuses. ALL IN.

    Waking up early every day, not just 5 days a week. Working out 7 days a week, rotating workouts to allow my body and mind to rest and grow proficiently.
    Staying busy with my day, and not wasting time on social media, or anything that doesn't progress me or teach me anything..
